Our office is at number 492, inside Prabhu Gokal Ni Pole in the Kachwado area of Raipur. This is in the old part of Ahmedabad, 380001. If you have ever been to a 'pole' in Ahmedabad, you know how narrow the streets are and how close all the buildings are to each other. Varun Travels Pvt.Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It is a busy place with people always coming in to ask about bus schedules or train tickets. The walls are covered with old calendars and maps that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most of our business comes from people just walking in or calling us on the landline. It can get very hot in the summer, and the breeze doesn't always reach down into the pole, so we keep the fans going all day. We spend a lot of time searching for the best routes and trying to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is not a glamorous business, but it is what we know. We are just local people helping other locals with their travel plans. There is always the sound of children playing outside or someone selling snacks in the street. It is just home for us and we like being part of the neighborhood.
