V-Trans (India) Ltd.

We’ve been here at Shyam Shikhar for a while now, right across from Dinesh Chambers in Bapunagar. It’s a busy spot near the tollnaka, so there’s always noise and people moving about. V-Trans handles a lot of stuff, mostly moving goods from one place to another. Our office is up on the eighth floor in A-805. It isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we keep track of the trucks and the paperwork. Some days the traffic outside is just terrible, and you can hear the horns all day long, but that’s just how it is in this part of Ahmedabad. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at logs. People stop by to ask about their shipments or drop off documents. The lift sometimes takes forever, so we end up waiting around talking to the other folks in the building. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, get the logs sorted, and make sure things are going where they need to go. If you know the area near the tollnaka, you know it’s always crowded. We’ve grown used to the pace here. It’s just us, working through the piles of delivery slips and coordinating with the drivers who are out on the road. There’s always a cup of tea going around somewhere. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day.
