U.S.Pizza

We are over in Ahmedabad, specifically at B-3 in Hema Apartment. This is in the Moti Salvivad area of Saraspur. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character and very narrow streets. Our place is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to walk in. We make pizzas all day long. The smell of dough and cheese is always around. It’s a small shop, and it can get pretty hot near the ovens, especially during the Gujarati summers. We have a few tables for people to sit at, but a lot of our business is just people stopping by to pick something up. Hema Apartment is a well-known landmark for the people living in Saraspur. We’ve been here for a while, and we know the regulars who come in every Friday or Saturday night. The staff is just a few of us who know how to work the machines and prep the toppings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making the food and keeping the place clean. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving. It’s a simple business in a lively part of Ahmedabad. We just hope people like what we bake and keep coming back for more.
