Hetal Tours

You have to walk all the way up to the 3rd floor in Shravak Nagar to find our office at Hetal Tours. There is no elevator in this building, so it’s a bit of a climb every morning, but we are pretty much used to it by now. The office is just a couple of small rooms where we sit and try to figure out the best travel plans for people. We have some old maps pinned on the walls and a lot of travel brochures that are probably a bit out of date by now. We spend our days looking at various train schedules and checking flight prices, trying to piece together trips that actually make sense for a family budget. Shravak Nagar is a decent enough area, and being up on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street down below. It’s usually just the sound of the phones ringing and the hum of the computers in the background. We aren't a big travel agency with a lot of branches or hundreds of staff members. It’s just a few of us here doing the best we can. Sometimes people come in with a lot of questions about where they should go for a holiday, and we just talk through the different options based on what we know from experience. We don't have a fancy reception area with sofas. Just some basic chairs and a desk where we do all the bookings. It works for what we need.
