We have a small team here. Most of us have been together for a while. We spend our time managing the daily operations and making sure things are moving along. Sometimes we sit out near the gymkhana road during breaks. It's a quiet spot. Urban Khichdi is a name we are proud of, but we don't go around shouting about it. We just do our work and go home. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated goals. We just want to make sure the food is good and the business stays steady. Ahmedabad is a great city for food, and being in Bopal gives us a bit of breathing room. It’s a straightforward life here at Upvan Villa. We just keep things moving one day at a time, making sure we stay consistent.
