Upjyot Caterers

Upjyot Caterers is located on the top floor of 7 Shivam Complex. We are right by Commerce Six Rasta, tucked behind H L Commerce College in Navrangpura. Being on the top floor means we carry a lot of supplies up and down, but we are used to it by now. The area around Navrangpura is always moving, especially with the college students nearby. We spend our days planning for events and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. It's a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get a bit messy in the office with all the paperwork and schedules scattered around, but we know where everything is. We started this because we knew how to handle food for groups. It is hard work and the hours are long, especially on weekends. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just work out of our space in Shivam Complex. Navrangpura is a good place to be based. We know the roads around here well. When a big order comes in, everyone gets to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and our staff making sure the jobs get done. The top floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It's a simple life. We handle the cooking and the transport, and that keeps us plenty busy.
