We aren't a big travel agency with a storefront in a mall. Instead, we work out of this smaller space where we handle marketing and leisure trips for people around here. The office is filled with stacks of travel documents and posters of different countries. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. Naranpura is a nice place to work because you get to know the people living nearby. They often stop by to ask about holiday packages or just to see what’s new in the travel world. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and airlines, trying to sort out schedules that fit what people want. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking details. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to push people into things they don't need. Usually, it’s just a conversation over a desk about where someone wants to take their family for a break. The building is older, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even need to look at the number anymore. We just keep doing our work, one booking at a time, and try to make sure everything goes smoothly for the people who trust us.
