Travelguru Holidays

Travelguru Holidays is located in apartment 202 at Shkuntal. We’re right behind Girivar Bunglos in the Ramvadi area of Isanpur. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a nice neighborhood. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people see different places. Our office isn't huge, just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the travel books we've collected. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are in here at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and bus companies, trying to make sure everything is lined up right. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like a flight delay or a missed connection, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the job. Isanpur is a lively part of Ahmedabad, and there’s always something going on outside our window. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to get the details right so people don't have to worry too much. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We’ve got some posters on the wall of places we’d like to go ourselves one day. For now, we're just here in Shkuntal Apartment, working through the piles of bookings on our desks and hoping for clear weather.
