Our office is tucked away in the Poonam Sagar Complex over in Mira Road East. If you know the area, it's in building A-704 of Satsang-3. It’s not a big storefront on the main road, so people usually find us through word of mouth or by just living in the neighborhood. Thane can get really hectic, but this corner of Mira Road has its own pace. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at computer screens, trying to figure out bus schedules and train tickets for people. We handle a lot of local travel stuff, and sometimes bigger trips when families want to get away for the holidays. The desk is usually covered in brochures and handwritten notes about hotel prices. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. You just walk in, sit down, and we talk about where you need to go. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load, which can be annoying when a customer is waiting. We’ve been in this building for some time now, so we know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. It’s a small operation. We focus on getting the details right so people don't get stuck somewhere they don't want to be. It’s practical work. We just show up, answer the calls, and try to make sense of the travel mess.
