Tiya Food And Services is located in Sahvas Apartment, just a short walk from Ravinagar School in Jivraj Park. This is a residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a home business. We started cooking for people because we had some extra space and a lot of time on our hands. We do a lot of meals for the families living around here and sometimes for events at the nearby school. Our kitchen isn't huge, but it's where we spend almost all our time. You won't find any corporate branding or fancy logos here. We just use what we have and focus on making sure the food tastes right. Sometimes the grocery delivery is late, or the power goes out, and we have to scramble to finish the orders on time. That’s just life in a local apartment. We know most of our customers by their first names, and they often stop by just to chat for a minute while they pick up their food. It’s not a formal place at all; people often come into the kitchen to see what’s cooking. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth in Jivraj Park is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s a simple life, mostly spent peeling vegetables and packing boxes, but it works for us. We just try to get through each day's orders without making too much of a mess for the neighbors.
