Our place, Tigerbay Bars And Restaurants Llp, is located in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad. We are at A-10 in Saurashtra Society. It is right behind C N Vidhyalay and across from the Luhana Hostel. This neighborhood is quite established and has a lot of history. Being in a society like Saurashtra means we are tucked away in a spot that feels more local and less corporate. We don't have a big glass building. It’s a more traditional setup. We spend our time managing the different aspects of our bars and restaurants from here. It involves a lot of scheduling and talking to the staff at the different locations. We aren't fancy people. We just like good food and drinks and making sure the places run smoothly.
