You can find us at D/3, Parth Appts., which is right near Subhash Bridge in Ahmedabad-27. Thomas Cook (I) Ltd has been in this spot for quite a while. It’s a decent area, though the bridge traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour. We are just a group of people working out of an apartment building, really. It’s not one of those huge offices you might expect. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about their travel plans. Whether it’s money stuff or booking a holiday, we just try to get it done without too much fuss. We don’t use big words or try to sound like we’re something we aren’t. Most of our days are spent dealing with forms and making sure dates line up correctly. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the Subhash Bridge area grow and change over the years, but our little corner in Parth Appts. stays pretty much the same. Sometimes the tea guy is late, or the printer jams, but we just keep moving. People come in looking for help with their trips, and we sit down and talk it through. It’s a very local feel here. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to make sure when someone leaves our office, they have what they need for their journey. It’s straightforward, honest work that we do every single day from our apartment office.
