The Pride Hotel

We are based in Bodakdev, which is one of the busier parts of Ahmedabad these days. Specifically, you can find us at B Block 1004 in the Judges Bungalow area. Being up on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood, which is always changing with new construction projects. The elevators are usually busy in the mornings when everyone is getting to work. Our space is functional and mostly quiet. We have the usual office setup with chairs that have seen better days and plenty of computer screens. The Judges Bungalow road is always packed with cars and bikes, especially during rush hour. You can hear the distant hum of the city from up here if you listen closely. We spend our days answering emails and looking at spreadsheets. It is a lot of sitting and talking on the phone. We get our lunch from the local places nearby or sometimes bring it from home in tiffins. The B Block is a mix of different businesses, so we see a lot of different faces in the lobby while waiting for the lift. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It’s a standard Ahmedabad office experience. Nothing flashy, just a place where we come to get our tasks done before heading home in the evening. The air conditioning is always humming in the background.
