Our office is over at 113, Lic Colony on Asc Road in Ajmer. It’s a decent part of town, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a bit. Working with The Pride Group Of Hotels means there is always something going on. Hospitality isn't just about clean rooms; it's about a thousand little things that could go wrong at any minute. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting in meetings trying to figure out schedules and supplies. Ajmer is a busy place with a lot of visitors, so we stay on our toes. We aren't sitting in some glass tower. Our space is functional and maybe a bit cluttered with files and old registers. We have a team that works hard, even when it’s boiling hot outside in the Rajasthan sun. We don't talk in corporate jargon. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or who is arriving next. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or a light bulb goes out, and we just deal with it. It’s a real job with real people. We’ve seen the industry change over the years, but the basics of making someone feel welcome haven't changed much. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, without making a big deal out of it. Lic Colony is a quiet enough place to think, which helps when things get hectic. We have a lot of old binders full of records that we still use because the old ways just work.
