The Grand Bhagwati

Our location is at 4318, Maruvas in the Jamalpur area of Ahmedabad. Jamalpur is one of those old, busy parts of the city where there is always something going on. The address 4318 is right in the thick of things. It is a very traditional neighborhood, and the building we are in has a lot of character, even if it is a bit old. We spend our days managing the food and event side of the business from this spot. The smells from the local markets and other kitchens nearby always drift in through the windows. It is a lively place to work. Inside, our office is quite simple, with wooden desks and a lot of registers where we keep track of everything. We do not have a lot of modern tech; it is more about the physical work and talking to people face to face. The heat in Ahmedabad can be very dry and strong, so we have the fans going at full speed for most of the year. There are always people coming in and out, whether it is delivery guys or staff from the kitchen. It is not a polished environment, but it has a lot of energy. We just keep our heads down and make sure the daily orders are handled and the venue stuff is ready. It is a very real, hardworking part of the city to be in.
