The Grand Bhagwati

You can find us at Flat No 101 in Favorite Residency. We are right in the Memnagar area of Ahmedabad, very close to Loyala School. This is where we handle the office side of things for The Grand Bhagwati. It’s an apartment, not a commercial office building, so it has a more relaxed feel to it. We have some desks and chairs and plenty of files for all the events we help organize. The residency is a nice place, though it can get a bit busy during the day when people are coming and going. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to clients or vendors. We don’t have any big posters or marketing stuff on the walls. It’s just a functional space for us to work. Sometimes we have people come in to discuss catering or booking a hall for a wedding. We’ve been at this location for a while and it suits us well because it’s easy for people to find. We don’t use any complicated business language. We just listen to what people want and try to make it happen. It’s a small team here and we all know each other well. We just keep our heads down and focus on the details of each booking. It’s a busy life but it’s what we do. We try to stay organized and keep the paperwork moving along every single day.
