Thakker Travels

Thakker Travels is based out of room 203 in Rajivnagar-1, right behind Shreyas Tekra. It’s a busy little area near Mukesh Park in Ahmedabad. We’ve been around for a bit, helping folks with their travel plans around Gujarat and beyond. Our office isn't very big, mostly just a couple of chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. We handle a lot of local bookings and help people figure out how to get to smaller towns that don't always have easy connections. The phones stay busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go on a trip at the same time. We spend a lot of our time talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It’s not always easy work because traffic in Ahmedabad can be a real mess, and things don't always go according to plan. We try to be honest with people about wait times and prices. There are no fancy brochures or high-tech displays here. Just us, some notebooks, and a lot of phone calls. Most of our customers come from the neighborhood or heard about us from a friend. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Every day brings a different challenge, whether it’s a bus delay or a last-minute change of heart from a customer. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving forward.
