So, we are over at Dalal Apartment in Paldi. The name of the place is just Thai, which is short and easy to remember, I guess. We’ve been on New Vikas Gruh Road for a few years now. It’s not a very big space, just A/3 in the building, but it’s enough for what we do. People ask why we picked this spot, and honestly, it was just available and the rent wasn’t too crazy at the time. Ahmedabad is getting so crowded, so being in a settled area like Paldi is actually quite nice for us. We don’t really do any big marketing or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were walking to the shops and saw our sign. We keep our head down and just do the work. Some days it’s just one person in the office, other days it’s a bit more crowded with people coming in and out. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is there. Sometimes we are out running errands or meeting someone, so the place might be locked for an hour, but that’s just how a small business goes. We try to be fair and just get through the daily tasks without making a big deal of it. It’s a pretty simple way to run things, but it works for us and our regulars.
