Tgb Karnavati Club

If you head down to Bechar Suthar’s Street near the old Sandesh Press, you will find us. We are at 400/25 in the Gheekanta area of Ahmedabad. It is an older part of the city, so the streets are narrow and usually packed with people and scooters. We run the Tgb Karnavati Club and it keeps us on our toes all the time. There is always something that needs fixing or a room that needs to be cleared out for the next group of people. We handle a lot of different things, from food to sitting areas. It gets really loud during the wedding season or when there is a big festival. The building has been here for a long time, so it has its own quirks and odd corners. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is ready before the doors open. Some days it is just about cleaning up the mess from the night before. It is hard work and the hours are long. We do not have a fancy corporate structure. It is mostly just a few of us making sure things run as smoothly as they can in such a busy neighborhood. You can hear the city noise from the windows all day long. It is a lively spot to work at, and there is never a dull moment. We like being in this part of Ahmedabad because it feels like the real heart of the city, even if the traffic is a mess.
