Team Leader

We are based at C/53 in the Pavitra Kunj Society, right near the CTM Char Rasta on Ramol Road in Ahmedabad. Team Leader is the name on the door, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Being so close to the Char Rasta means there is a lot of movement outside, with people and rickshaws going in every direction. Our office is inside the society, so it’s a bit more tucked away from the main road noise, which helps us focus. We spend most of the day coordinating things and making sure everyone knows what their job is for the week. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of lists. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of notebooks. We have a small window that looks out onto the society's common area where you can see the local life going by. It’s a very typical Ahmedabad neighborhood vibe. We drink our chai and we get through the tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, and we just deal with it. We don’t have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. It’s just us trying to stay on top of our projects and making sure we don’t miss any deadlines. It’s a simple, honest place to work where we just focus on getting things done without any extra fluff or fancy talk.
