We are located on the ground floor of Neelmani Chamber on Ashram Road. It’s right across from the Bhalchand Colour Lab, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Ashram Road is always packed with people and cars, so there is a lot of energy right outside our door. Inside, we handle XPS services, which is basically express shipping and moving stuff fast. The office is usually full of packages and stacks of delivery slips. It can get a bit messy when a big shipment comes in, but we try to keep it sorted. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. Some people have been here for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where a certain parcel is or why a truck is running late. It is a lot of routine work, but it matters to the people waiting for their things. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just a functional space where we get the work done. The heat from the street comes in every time the door opens, but we just keep at it. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop things off or pick them up. It’s just how we do things here in Ahmedabad-09. We get a lot of walk-ins wanting to send stuff across the country and we just help them out as best as we can before the sun goes down.
