Our kitchen is located over at Plot No. 688 in Sector 6/B. It’s where all the actual cooking happens every single day. We started this business because we just liked making food for people, and it eventually grew into something bigger. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down at a table, but a workspace where we prep everything for parties or small family gatherings. The early mornings are usually the loudest time here with all the chopping and the big stoves going at full blast. We use giant metal pots and heavy pans that have seen a lot of use over time. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are three different orders going out at the exact same time, but we've learned how to handle the stress over the years. We aren't some massive corporation with formal uniforms and thick training manuals. We just know how to cook good food. We buy our supplies from local markets and try to make sure everything tastes exactly like it’s supposed to. If you come by the plot, you’ll probably smell whatever we’re making that day. It might be heavy spices or just fresh vegetables being prepped for a stew. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. You just come in and talk to whoever isn't currently holding a knife or a ladle. We do weddings, birthdays, or just lunch for a few workers. It’s hard work, but it's what we do.
