Started working here at Tajresidencyummedahmedabad a while back. It is funny because the address says Benglor but we spend most of our time dealing with the usual daily stuff you find in a busy spot. The mornings are always the loudest part of the day. People come in and out and we just try to keep things moving. I usually get here early when the sun is just coming up. It is not some fancy corporate office with glass walls, just a place where we get the work done. Some days are slower than others. We sit around and talk about the weekend or what we had for dinner last night. The building itself has seen better days but it feels like home to most of us now. We don't have a big team or anything. It is just a few of us making sure the doors stay open and the lights are on. Sometimes the phone rings too much and other times it stays silent for hours. You never really know what to expect when you walk in the door at the start of a shift. We just handle what comes our way. It is a simple life here in this part of town. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job every single day. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just show up and do what needs doing until it is time to go back home to our families.
