Tadkas Kitchen Private Limited

Tadkas Kitchen is located at J 901 in the Shyam Hills building. We are right near the G.S.T. Crossing in New Ranip, which is a landmark that most people in this part of Ahmedabad know well. Because our workspace is in a residential-style building, it does not feel like a typical corporate office at all. It feels more like a home base for our cooking operations. We spend most of our time managing the kitchen side of the business, making sure the recipes are being followed and the ingredients are coming in fresh from the market. It gets quite busy in the mornings when we are prepping everything for the day. The kitchen area stays pretty warm, and you can always hear the sound of knives on cutting boards or things sizzling on the stove. We have a small, tight-knit team and everyone knows their specific job. Some of us handle the customer orders that come in through the phone, while others are completely focused on the cooking and packing. It can be a bit of a juggle, especially when a lot of orders arrive at the same time during the lunch rush. We do not have a fancy dining room for people to sit in; we just focus on the back-end work of getting the food ready. The G.S.T. Crossing area has a lot of traffic and noise, which just becomes part of the background after you have been here a while.
