Swati Snacks

If you are walking around Law Garden, you will find us. We are right opposite the Aveh Associated Building in Ellisbridge. Swati Snacks has been here for a good while. Law Garden is always full of people, especially in the evenings when the market starts. It gets very crowded and noisy. We are just a small spot where you can grab something quick. The air smells like frying food and exhaust from the cars on the main road. I spend a lot of time standing on my feet here. Ellisbridge is a busy part of Ahmedabad. You have all kinds of people passing by, from students to office workers. We don't have a big fancy dining room. It’s more about the quick bite while you’re out. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons. I usually wear a cap to keep it out of my eyes. Dealing with the daily deliveries of bread and oil is how my morning starts. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just make the snacks and sell them. It is honest work. The pavement outside gets dusty, so we are always sweeping it. You know how it is in a busy city. We are just one small part of the life here at Law Garden. It's mostly about keeping the customers happy so they come back next time they're hungry.
