This part of Ahmedabad is very old and very crowded. There are shops everywhere and the streets are always full of people and scooters. We have been in this spot for a long time. It is a small space, but we make it work. Gheekanta Road is famous for trading and we are right in the middle of it all. The building is old, like most of the ones around here. We don't have air conditioning in every corner and the stairs are a bit steep. But it has a lot of character. We spend our days talking to customers and sorting through our stock. It is a busy life but we enjoy being part of the Delhi Chakla community. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long. We don't do any big marketing. People just know where we are. We have been trading here for years and we have built a lot of relationships with the neighbors. It is a simple business run by real people. We don't have a fancy website or a big corporate office. Just our small spot near Bhatiyarvad where we do our trading every single day. We keep the doors open for everyone.
