Admiral Estate

We are located at 24 Admiral Estate, which is right behind Shital Corporation and near the old Sangam Cinema in Sarkhej. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We manage the estate and look after the properties here. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things. The office is just a small room where we keep the keys and the maps of the units. It gets pretty dusty in Sarkhej, so we are always sweeping the front step. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait to talk to us. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a local operation where we know the names of the people in the neighboring units. The traffic near the cinema can be a bit much on the weekends, but during the week it’s just the usual industrial noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the maintenance guys. There’s always something that needs fixing or a gate that won't lock right. We just take care of the day-to-day stuff that keeps the estate running. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the businesses around us change, but we just keep doing our thing at number 24. There is a stray dog that sleeps by the gate most afternoons, and we let him stay because he's quiet.
