Sukhsagar Restaurant/Hoggers (Bodakdev)

You can find us at Corporate House, which is near the Judges Bunglow Cross Roads in Bodakdev. This part of Ahmedabad has grown a lot lately. There are more offices and shops popping up everywhere. Our place is a bit of a mix. Some people know us as Sukhsagar and some know the Hoggers side of things. We try to cater to the office crowd during the day and younger people in the evenings. It’s a bit more modern than some of the older spots in the city, but we still keep things pretty low-key. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It’s just us making sure the food is decent and the tables are wiped down. We have a variety of stuff on the menu because people in Bodakdev like to try different things. Sometimes we try out new dishes just to see if they work. The cross roads outside are always busy, so parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but people still find their way to us. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just open up, cook, and serve. The staff is a friendly bunch, mostly local youngsters who work hard. It gets pretty loud on Friday nights when everyone is out. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to be a reliable spot where you can grab a meal without any hassle. It’s just a regular restaurant in a busy neighborhood.
