St Laurn Towers (St Laurn Hotels Ltd.)

Our office is over in Naranpura, right behind St. Xavier’s School and across from St. Kabir. It’s in the Dhananjay Flats, which is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We spend our time here managing the different things that come with running a hotel business. There’s a lot of coordination involved that people don't usually see. Phones ring quite a bit and there is always someone coming in with a delivery or a question. We aren't a big flashy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a standard flat converted into a workspace where we keep our records and handle the admin side of things. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but it keeps us cool during the Ahmedabad summers. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of folders stacked up. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's habits. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are tracked and the staff at the towers have what they need. It can be stressful when things get busy, but we just take it one day at a time.
