Sp'S Pizzeria Llp is located in the Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad. You can find us right opposite the Akshar Apartment on Lad Society Road. We are part of the Arpan Owners Association, specifically in the B/1 section. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of students and families around. We started this place because we liked the idea of having a local pizza spot where things are done simply. It’s not a big chain restaurant with uniforms and scripts. We are just a few people who like cooking. The kitchen is small, so it gets pretty hot when the ovens are going full blast. We spend a lot of our time prepping dough and chopping vegetables. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and one of us has to run to the market quickly. It’s a bit chaotic during the dinner rush, but we manage. We don't have a big fancy dining room, just a simple space for people to get their food. We know our regulars by name and what they usually order. It’s a nice way to be part of the community. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make a decent pizza and pay our bills. The floor usually has a bit of flour on it, and there's always the sound of the oven timer going off. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We’re glad to be in Vastrapur.
