Our spot is in the Maheshwar Complex, located at A/7 on Gota Road. Gota is one of those areas in Ahmedabad that just keeps growing. The traffic outside can be quite loud with all the trucks and cars heading towards the highway. Inside the complex, it is a bit quieter, though the hallways are narrow. We are here most days dealing with flight schedules and whatever else comes up for the airline. It’s not a fancy airport lounge, just a regular office with some desks and older chairs. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in. The pin code is 382481 if you are sending something through the post. There are a few tea stalls nearby where we usually grab a quick break in the afternoon. People come in looking for ticket help or just to ask about their luggage, and we do what we can with the systems we have. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a working office, not a gallery. We’ve been at this Gota Road location for a bit, and it’s become our second home. It is simple and practical. We don't have any big signs out front, just the usual nameplate. It gets the job done for the local crowd. We keep things moving as best as we can every single day.
