Spice Nine

So, we are located in Sarvopari Mall, specifically at 127, right opposite the Utsav Party Plot. If you're near the Bhuyangdev Cross Road on Sola Road, you’re basically there. Naranpura is a good neighborhood, and we’ve liked being part of it. Spice Nine isn't a massive place with a hundred waiters. It’s just a straightforward spot where you can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. We put a lot of effort into the prep work in the mornings because that’s when the real work happens. Cutting onions, grinding the masalas, all that stuff takes time if you want it to taste decent. Sometimes the mall gets quiet during the weekdays, but weekends are a whole different story. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy Sunday night, it gets a bit frantic. We’ve had families coming here since we first opened, and it’s nice to see their kids growing up. We don’t really do the whole social media thing or anything like that. We just hope people like what we cook and come back again. The menu has stayed mostly the same because that’s what people ask for. We have a few regular tables that are always wobbly, no matter how many pieces of folded paper we put under the legs. It gives the place some character, I guess. We’re just here doing our thing every day, keeping the pots boiling.
