You can find us at 139, Parshkunj, which is really close to the Jain Derashar in Satellite. This neighborhood is where we have put down our roots. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time, and we like being near the Derashar. Our workspace is just a regular building where we do all our cooking and planning. We do not have a big fancy office with chairs and desks; it is mostly just a working kitchen. We have been doing catering for a long time and we know what people around here like. It is a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when there are festivals or big family events happening. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. We are not interested in sounding corporate or polished. We are just local people who know how to cook for a crowd. If someone comes by, we just talk to them plainly about what they need. We do not have a sales team or anything like that. It is just us. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy, but usually, it is a nice place to work. We have been here at Parshkunj for a while and the neighbors know us well. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the food is ready when it needs to be.
