Shree Purohit Caterers

We have been around Paldi for quite some time now. Most people know us because we are right across from Navchetan High School. It is a busy spot and we stay busy too. We started Shree Purohit Caterers because we liked cooking for big groups of people. It is not fancy work, just making sure there is enough food for everyone at a party or a wedding. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen checking on the spices and making sure the vegetables are fresh. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when we have two events on the same day, but that is how it goes in this business. Our team is just a few local guys who know their way around a large stove. We do not have a big office or anything. We usually meet people at our place near the school or just talk over the phone. Dealing with food means you have to be careful about everything. We try to keep the flavors consistent, like how you would make it at home but on a much larger scale. People in the neighborhood often stop by to ask about menus for small family gatherings. We do those too, not just the massive weddings. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing the empty plates at the end of a function feels alright. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big fuss about it.
