Shree Om Caterers

My name is behind Shree Om Caterers. We are located at C/2 Bindi Appartment, which is right opposite Jetha Bhai Park on Narayan Nagar Road in Paldi. We don't have a big storefront like a restaurant because we mostly do catering. Most of our work happens in the kitchen where we prep for events. We've been in this building for quite a while. Our neighborhood is quiet, except when we are loading up the vans for a delivery. We handle small gatherings and sometimes bigger ones too. It’s just a few of us who have been cooking together for years. We don't have a fancy office to meet clients. Usually, people just come to the apartment or we talk over the phone. We use recipes that we’ve used in our own homes. Nothing is processed or comes out of a packet. We chop everything fresh. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when there are three weddings on the same day. We aren't the biggest catering group in Ahmedabad, but we are reliable. People in Paldi know us by name. We don't spend money on flyers. If someone likes the food at a party, they ask for our number. That’s how we’ve grown. It's a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially during the wedding season. We just focus on getting the food right and delivered on time to wherever the party is.
