Shree Krishna Caterers

Our base is over at 9 Pinakin Society, which is near the Shantivan Cross Road on Narayan Nagar Road in Paldi. We aren't a walk-in restaurant; we mostly work from our kitchen here to prepare food for different events and gatherings. Paldi is a nice, busy area, and being near Narayan Nagar Road makes it easy for us to transport food to different parts of the city. Most of our work involves big pots and lots of prep. You’ll usually find us early in the morning cleaning vegetables or getting the spices mixed for the day’s orders. We started this because we liked cooking for large groups of people. It’s a lot of work to get everything timed right so the food arrives fresh, but we’ve gotten a rhythm down over the years. We don't use any fancy machinery; it’s mostly just hand work and traditional cooking methods. The society where we are located is a familiar place to us, and the neighbors are used to the smells coming from our kitchen. We don't do much self-promotion. Most of our jobs come from people who have eaten our food at someone else's wedding or party. It’s a small, hard-working team here just trying to do a good job with every order we take on. It can be exhausting sometimes, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and cook.
