Shree Jay Ambe Caterers

We have been operating out of Vaninath Shopping Centre in Rannapark for a long time now. Being in Ghatlodia, things are always moving fast around here. My small team and I run the catering business from this shop. It is not a fancy place with big signs, just a practical space where we do all our cooking and meeting with families. We mostly serve the local people in the 380061 area. Most days start very early with us getting the vegetables and grain ready for the big pots. It is tiring work, and your hands get sore from all the chopping and stirring, but we are used to it by now. We handle weddings, small home gatherings, or whatever else someone needs food for. We do not do much advertising at all. Most of our work comes from people just telling their friends about us after an event. It is a very local way of doing things. The shopping center can get pretty crowded on the weekends, but we just stick to our corner and get the orders finished. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job with every meal we cook. We do not have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready when we say it will be. That is how we have always done it. It is just a shop and some cooks.
