Shiv Tours And Travels is tucked away in Shop No 6 at Gokul Park Society. We are right on Jashodanagar Road in the Maninagar area. It’s a decent spot, and we’ve been here for a good while. We mostly deal with local tours and helping people get around the city or the state. It's a small shop, so you won't find anything too fancy here. Just some chairs, a desk, and a lot of maps and schedules. We know the roads around Ahmedabad pretty well by now. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know many of our customers by their first names. It’s better that way. We don't like those big offices where nobody knows who you are. Here, you just walk in and talk to us. We handle the bookings and make sure the cars are ready. Sometimes things get delayed with the traffic, but we try to manage the best we can. It's just a simple life running a travel business in Maninagar. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. People just find us because we've been on Jashodanagar Road for years. We do our own paperwork and answer the phones ourselves. It gets a bit hectic on weekends when families want to go out for a trip. We just take it as it comes. It's a real business run by real people who just want to do a decent job for the community.
