Our office is at 16 Abhigam Society in the Paldi area of Ahmedabad. It is a pretty standard residential society so it does not feel like a cold corporate environment at all. We have been doing the tours and travels thing for a bit now and our space is filled with old brochures and maps that we have collected. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about train timings or how much a flight to Mumbai might cost these days. We have a couple of computers that are always running and the printer usually makes a lot of noise when we are getting tickets ready for someone. Paldi is a central spot so it is easy for most people to get to us by rickshaw or bus. We don't have any fancy signs or anything just a small board so you have to look closely at the house numbers. The work is mostly just booking things and making sure the dates line up right for people's trips. Sometimes we stay late when someone has a problem with a booking or a flight gets cancelled. It is just a small local operation where we know many of our customers by their first names. We try to keep things simple and honest without any of that big company talk. If the internet is slow it takes us a bit longer to get things done but we eventually get there.
