Seven Star Aviation Services is tucked away in Gandhinagar. We've been operating here for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. Aviation sounds exciting to people on the outside, but for us, it's mostly about tracking schedules and dealing with a lot of logistics. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at flight data on old monitors. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. There’s always a stack of papers on someone’s desk that needs sorting. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a few of us making sure things move as they should. Gandhinagar is a quiet place compared to other cities, which we like. The morning commute isn't too bad most days. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick look at the overnight updates. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes things go wrong with a flight plan and we have to stay late to fix it. We don't really mind, it’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our part and go home. That’s how we’ve always run things here. It's practical and a bit messy, but it works for us and keeps the planes moving.
