Sbi Cards

We’re over in Ahmedabad at B-24, Nilam Park Society, right on Gurukol Road near Shubhash Chock. It’s a really busy area, especially during the morning rush. Our office is where we handle everything to do with credit cards for our customers. It’s not some big, shiny corporate building. It’s a local office that stays pretty hectic most of the time. You’ll find us surrounded by computers, stacks of application forms, and a lot of ringing phones. We help people who have questions about their statements or those looking to get a new card. The air conditioning is always working hard because Ahmedabad gets so hot in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to process things, which can be frustrating. We have a small staff and we all try to help each other out when the line of customers gets too long. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. The office has a very practical feel to it. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the necessary stuff to get the job done. We’ve been at this location for a while, so the locals know where to find us. It’s a lot of typing and talking to people, but we just focus on clearing the daily tasks and making sure the records are updated correctly by the end of the shift.
