Sarovar Portico, Ahmedabad

We are located right in the Poijhari area, near Bhakarshai in the Khurda district of Orissa. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, away from the loud noises you get in the bigger towns. Even though the name Sarovar Portico, Ahmedabad might make you think of Gujarat, we are firmly planted here in this part of Orissa. Our team is mostly made up of people who live just a short walk or bike ride away from the property. We spend our mornings getting things ready for whoever might be coming down the road. It’s a simple job, really. We look after the building and make sure the rooms are set up. There isn’t much to say about us that isn't plain to see when you walk in. We don’t go for anything too flashy or complicated. Some days are busy and some are very slow, which gives us time to fix things up around the place. The trees in the area provide a lot of shade, which is nice when it gets hot in the afternoons. If you're looking for us, we’re just down the local path. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a good while now. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a desk and some keys and people who know the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works out well for us.
