We operate out of 24/601 Gopal Awash, which is in the Jodhpur area of Ahmedabad. It’s more of a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We do maintenance work, so we are often out at different sites, but this is where we keep our tools and do the billing. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the equipment, but it works for us. We've been in Ahmedabad for a long time and know the Jodhpur area very well. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in invoices and repair schedules. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We handle plumbing, electrical stuff, and general repairs. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but someone has to do it. We don't have a website with fancy photos. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. We just try to show up when we say we will and fix whatever is broken. It’s a basic business run by people who know how to use a wrench. We like the neighborhood and the people here are friendly. We usually keep the windows open to catch the breeze while we are sorting through the parts bins in the morning. It is a simple life for us.
