Being near Farata Visama makes us quite easy to locate once you are inside the gate. The streets around here are narrow and always full of people, cycles, and rickshaws. It’s the real heart of the old city. Our office is a modest space where we manage travel bookings and transport. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we’ve seen the streets change while staying the same in many ways. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan on high. People stop by to book tickets or just to ask about bus timings. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a basic computer and some registers. It’s a family-run kind of feel.
