Saffron Authentic North Indian Cusine is located on the ground floor of Shapath IV, right on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway. If you know where the Karnavati Club is, we are directly across from it. The S G Highway is always moving, and we are right in the middle of that fast pace. People usually stop in here when they are traveling between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar or after they’ve been out at the club. We focus on North Indian food, and we've been doing it at this location for some time now. The restaurant is easy to get to, though parking on the highway can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. Inside, we keep things pretty straightforward. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles or flashy lights. It's just a place to eat good food. The kitchen staff stays busy with the tandoors and the curries, and the smell usually drifts out toward the parking lot. We get a lot of families on the weekends and office workers during the week. It’s a practical spot for a meal. We aren't trying to be a gourmet five-star place; we just want to serve the dishes people like. If you're driving along the 380055 area and feel hungry, you’ll see our sign at Shapath IV. We just keep our heads down and keep the kitchen running every single day for our customers.
