Sadhi Krupa Caterers

You can find Sadhi Krupa Caterers over at 10 Shyam Shopping Centre. We are located in the Shyam Vibhag area on I O C Road in Chandkheda. It is a pretty small shop but we make it work. Most of our mornings are spent chopping vegetables and getting the big burners ready. The shopping centre is always crowded so getting our supplies in and out can be a bit like a puzzle. We have been here for a good while now. Our days start very early, usually way before the sun is up. We have a few big cooking pots that have seen many years of use. My cousin comes in to help when things get really busy. We don't have a corporate story or a big philosophy. We just knew how to cook and saw that people needed help with their events. You will mostly find us in the back making sure the spices are right for the day. I O C Road has a lot of traffic passing by but that helps people see our sign. Sometimes the power goes out in the centre and we have to use our backup lights to finish the work. The floor in the shop is a bit uneven, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our supplies stacked against the wall to save space. It’s a tight fit but it works for us. We just take care of the cooking and serving part.
