You can find our shop in Paldi, right across from V S Hospital in Ahmedabad. We are also near Shambhu Chambers, which is a big landmark that most people know. Being in the 380007 area means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. We focus on making parothas every day. The shop isn't very big, so it can feel a bit tight when the lunch crowd starts coming in. Many of our customers are people visiting the hospital or the staff who work there and need a quick meal. We don't have fancy menus or soft music playing in the background. It’s mostly just the sound of the tawa and people talking. We make the dough fresh and cook everything right there where you can see it. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. Some people have been coming to us for years and they don't even have to look at the menu anymore. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Paldi, but we’ve managed to stay around by just sticking to what we know. It is hard work and the hours are long, especially in the heat of the afternoon. We don't do any big advertising. If the food is good, people usually tell their friends and that is enough for us. It’s just a basic local eatery for everyday people.
