Our catering business is based out of the Kasturbhai Lalbhai Campus on University Road in Ahmedabad. We are located right by Amadawad Ni Gufa and near CEPT. It is a very creative and academic part of the city, and we have been serving food around here for a while. Our kitchen is always humming with activity, especially when there is a big event or a campus function coming up. We are not some big industrial food factory; we are a local team that cares about what goes into the pots. Being near the Gufa means we get to see a lot of interesting people passing through the campus. The smell of spices is usually hanging in the air around our spot. We handle all the prep and the cooking right here on the university grounds. It is a busy life, especially during the wedding season or when the college has something big going on. We don't use fancy titles or have a polished front office. We mostly just focus on the recipes and making sure we have enough fresh ingredients for the day. Our address in Ahmedabad-15 is where we do all the hard work. It is a hands-on job, and we wouldn't have it any other way. People know where to find us when they need a meal for a crowd. We just keep the stoves hot and the plates ready for whoever comes by at the campus.
