Ruby Travels

Ruby Travels is over at Samta Complex, unit number 11, on Relief Road in Ahmedabad. We’re pretty easy to spot since we’re near the Relief Cinema and right across from the Patthar Kuwa Petrol Pump. It’s a very busy street, so there’s always something happening outside. We’ve been in this office for a long time. It’s a basic setup, nothing flashy or corporate. We spend most of our time on the phones or checking things online for our customers. People come in from the street needing help with all sorts of travel plans. We don't have any fancy brochures or big promises. We just look at what's available and tell people the truth about it. Being in the 380001 area means we get all kinds of visitors. The office usually has a radio playing in the background and plenty of papers stacked on the desks. We aren't a massive chain. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. Sometimes the traffic on Relief Road makes it hard to hear, but we’re used to it by now. We just do the work, one booking at a time. If you need something sorted, we’re usually here during normal hours. We don't use any corporate jargon or mission statements. It’s just us, sitting at our desks in Samta Complex, helping people with their trips as best as we can. We try to be practical and honest about everything.
