We are located at 2042 Janib Manzil in Punjalal’s Block. Our office is tucked behind the Raikhad Post Office in the Raikhad area of Ahmedabad. This is the older part of the city where the roads are narrow and full of history. The building, Janib Manzil, has been here for many years. It isn't a modern glass building; it has thick walls and old-style windows. Working here for Riya Tours and Travels India Pvt Ltd means we are right in the heart of the local community. We see the postman every day and the people coming to send their mail. Inside our space, there are stacks of brochures and folders everywhere. It gets a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We spend most of the day talking to people about their travel plans and checking train or flight timings. The atmosphere is very informal. We don't have a uniform or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and work through the bookings. Sometimes we share snacks that someone brought from home. It’s a busy spot because Raikhad is always moving. We like being near the post office because it makes it easy for us to send out documents.
